The wielder of the Bow of Antilay increases the range of their ruler unit attack by 1. Additionally, once per battle the ruler unit may increase the range of one attack by 2 instead. If the empowered attack from this artifact were to kill a unit, the ruler unit regains a quarter of their max HP, rounded up. The unit that wields this artifact automatically counts as ranged.
