Once per session, the wielder of the Lushlands Guardian may choose to unleash it on a nation or organization. That nation or organization reduces one random mech-rp for the session by 2d4, this is increased to 2d4+1 versus nations or organizations that are actively at war with the wielder of this artifact. If this artifact were to cause the mech-rp to fail, the character who failed loses a health state. The same nation or organization can never be picked two sessions in a row.
