Sacred Dial:

Once per session, the wielder of the Sacred Dial may may "set" the dial at anywhere from 1 to 10. Once this is set, an immediate magic check takes place with DC equal to 10 plus twice the number set on the dial. If this check is successful, gain a number of random resources equal to the number chosen. If the check is unsuccessful, instead lose that amount of resources.
