At the start of a session, before any mechanical actions are taken, the wielder of the Wisp Warden may activate this artifact. When this artifact is activated, the following effects for the session occur to the nation which activated it: - All stability loss chance is reduced by 50%. - This artifact is de-equipped, and another non-legendary artifact may be equipped. Each time this artifact is used, this artifact has a 10% chance of being lost after its effects occur. The chance this occurs increases by 10% each time it is used. Any time this artifact is lost, the nation that lost it cannot attempt to recover it until the end of the era in which it was lost, if it still remains. → Thrice per session, the wielder of the Wisp Warden may reroll any mech-rp which involves directly harming, weakening or sabotaging another nation; this must be the primary goal of the mech-rp, and not a potential consequence. The higher of the two rolls must be taken.
