At the start of a war session, the owner of this wonder may designate one ruler character of the opposite side to challenge to a duel. Once challenged, a contested cunning check occurs, the challenger has advantage if they are willing to sacrifice ten random resources.
If the challenged succeeds on the cunning check, they may choose to deny the challenge by losing one health state.
If the challenged fails the cunning check however, they may only choose to deny the challenge by losing three health states. Additionally, if they failed by five or more, they suffer a disadvantage on all duel checks for the duel.
While the duel is occuring, the owner of the wonder may spend a health state to reroll a check, and the challenged may choose to do so via spending two health states.
The loser of the duel automatically surrenders out of the war.
