Twilight Spire
The owner of the wonder is now granted a new vassal action: Spread Vampirism - Increase Vampirism chance by 20% permanently, 25% compliance loss chance, +25% chance each time it is used per age.
Every 10 vampire pops within this nation, or within vassals under their control grants the leader one of the below bonuses, in order.
(10) Moderately increased chances of success when attempting to train attributes.
(20) Slightly increased chances of success on all duel rolls.
(30) All attempts to create vampires or increase vampiric growth gains moderately increased chances of success.

(50) Slightly Increased chances at casting spells

Every war there is a 50% chance that the war occurs during day which reduces speed by half and morale by half or there is a 50% chance that the war occurs during night in which nothing occurs →
