If the oath is not adhered to in spirit, the person that has not broken the oath may choose to either relinquish the promise, or punish the oathbreaker with the following effects: - They are reduced to Bedridden - All of their attributes are permanently reduced by 2 and - Their nation's stability is reduced by three tiers (this cannot start a civil war) / organizations decreased by two tiers (this cannot destroy the organization) Only two oaths may be maintained at the same time.
