The wielder of the Conqueror's Crown of Athabasca increases their Rulership and Magic by 1. Additionally, once per session, by sacrificing a domestic unit above half their maximum HP rounded up, the wielder can automatically dispel a hostile spell, causing the original caster a magical malfunction automatically. Alternatively, that same unit can be sacrificed to simply cast Dispel on a non-hostile spell.
