This spell may be cast to either create an artifact, or upgrade an existing one.
Increase the progress of either quest by 1, then an additional 1 per 10 you exceed the DC. To a maximum of four progress per cast.
This does not prevent the caster from attempting a mech-rp to create or upgrade an artifact in the same session.
This spell cannot be used to upgrade Legendary artifacts or create Mythic artifacts.
The cost of the spell increases by two each time it is cast during the same session.
