Once per session the wielder of Cup of Niceties may spend 1 Magic Point, and a mech-rp, to speak a compliment into the cup. If the mech-rp mod dictates that the cup is impressed with the compliment, the wielder increases their two lowest attributes by one, to a maximum of 1. If the cup is not impressed however, this bonus is halved.
