- All stability loss chance is reduced by 50%.
- This artifact is de-equipped, and another non-legendary artifact may be equipped.
Each time this artifact is used, this artifact has a 10% chance of being lost after its effects occur. The chance this occurs increases by 10% each time it is used.
Any time this artifact is lost, the nation that lost it cannot attempt to recover it until the end of the era in which it was lost, if it still remains.
