Once per session, the wielder of the King's Candle may use one of it's five charges (2/5) to gain a level of stability, at the cost of reducing their elderly start time by two; for immortal characters, this instead reduces their highest stat by one.
A character may choose to reduce their lowest stat by two to gain charges on the King's Candle.
