Effect Description:
The owner of the Latent Gateway empowers any market in which they are the leader, granting it the following effects:
- A -5% reduction in all trade risk, doubled for the market owner, to a minimum of 5%.
- The market gains magic points as a secondary resource that it produces, if it already has magic points, they may select another secondary resource.
- Any member of the market who has the permission of the owner of this wonder may construct a Latent Pylon. Latent Pylons produce 1 magic point, reduce trade risk with another nation that has a Latent Pylon by half (rounded up) to a minimum of 5%, and allows a unit to be teleported to another nation with a Latent Pylon by spending $100 (Per Era) per unit.
Only three Latent Pylons can be constructed at a time (per era). →
