Upon being equipped, the wearer's negative quirk is magnified, guaranteeing a -1 in all mech rp's it would be pertinent to. Their magic stat is increased by 2 and can pass cap. For every 3 magic points stored by the wearer, spells cast against the wearer gain a -1. The caster can use character magic as if it was nation magic, and vice versa. If the wearer unequips the artifact, they lose two health states and the stat changes. Reequipping the artifact magnifies the quirk again, increasing it's negative bonus by 1 each time
