All spells cast on the owner of the wonder or their allies automatically gain a +2 bonus, but always magically malfunction, casters are always warned of this beforehand. A quarter of the cost of any spells that magically malfunction due to this, rounded up, are given to the owner of the wonder. This wonder has an upkeep of 1 of each resource available to the owner.
