While this spell is active, the maximum capacity for resources or money to be stored within a nation is removed. Instead, for each resource stored over the base capacity, the upkeep of this spell increases. For every 5 resources (or $250 per era) stored across all resources, there is 1 magic consumption; 2 consumption at 10, 3 at 15, etc. If this spell ends, all resources that go over the capacity is destroyed automatically.
