Once every session, you may cast Blast at no Magic Point cost. When Blast is cast in a duel using this artifact, it does not increase in DC and grants a moderately increased chance on the magic roll in the duel. Additionally, you may invest 2 character magic points to gain a small and random war bonus at the start of a war session. → The wielder casts Blast at one less complexity and gains +4 on the magic roll in the duel. The wielder gains a charge when casting a spell with base mana cost of 4 or higher.
