Once per session the wielder of the Soul of the Last Moondancer may spend any amount of character magic points to gain a bonus to a roll equal to the amount of character magic points spent. If at least four character magic points are spent on a mech-rp, the effects of Foresight are also given to the mech-rp. If at least six character magic points are spent on a mech-rp, the total bonus cap of the mech-rp is increased by two.
