Once per session, the wielder of Stella's Telescope may choose to create a constellation. Creating a constellation requires five resources of any one kind, $100 (Per Era) and a DC 10 Cunning check; if this check fails, the resources are wasted. If a constellation is made, it's name may be chosen, and a permanent and random small magical effect is added to this artifact. Only (5) constellations may exist at a time, and may be replaced when desired with alternate constellations. → Once per session, the wielder of this artifact may choose to create a constellation up to a total of five, replacing one if wanted.
