Effect Description:
The wielder of the V̷yssafian Contract may choose at the start of any session to increase their Rulership, Cunning or Charisma by 2. However, after doing so, all other attributes have a 50% chance of being reduced by 1. Both reset at the start of next session. →
Once per session, the wielder of this artifact chooses their Rulership, Cunning or Charisma. Increase that stat by 2 and reduce all other attributes are reduced by 1 until end of session.
