Once per two session, the wielder of the Staff of Silver Feathers may gift a nation or organization either one resource (per era), or $50 (per era). After this gift is freely given, the wielder receives a random small bonus (that may not be useful at all, this is encouraged) that lasts for the remainder of the session. Note that the effect of the Staff of Silver Feathers does not work if the gift is made to the same nation or organization twice in one age. → Once per session, the wielder of this artifact may give two resources/$100 (per era) to a nation or organization to receive a bonus equal to a neutral event that lasts for the remainder of the session.
