**The Angel of Raleigh**
- Increase magic cap by 2.
- You may make a list of former rulers of the Duchies (actively played by yourself or historical NPCs), of up to 5 ‘name’ slots.
- You may do a MRP DC 5 to determine what a specific past rulers greatest contribution/aid/strength is. Upon successful discovery, that name will have a positive effect/bonus for you to utilise and will take up one of the 5 slots. You, with mod approval/checks, may decide what this bonus/effect is for each name.
- These effects are of the same strength as a Minor Pact each.
- You may spend a MRP to change an already named rulers effect if desired. Alternatively, you may ‘forget’ a name to discover a new past ruler and their greatest contribution (effect). Limited to once per session.
- You may have only one active ‘incited’ name per session. This may be changed at any point during the session, so long as the previous names bonus/effect hasn’t been used already in the same session.
