Effect Description:
Once per session, the wielder of the Tablet of Souls may instantly gain a pop, which lasts 1d6-1 sessions, to a minimum of 0.

When the pop disappears, the wielder must wait at least one session before using this artifact again.

Effect Description:

If a constellation is made, it's name may be chosen, and a permanent and random small magical effect is added to this artifact.
Only (5) constellations may exist at a time, and may be replaced when desired with alternate constellations. →
Once per session, the wielder of this artifact may choose to create a constellation up to a total of five, replacing one if wanted.
Creating a constellation requires five resources of any one kind, $100 (Per Era) giving it a name and permanent small magical effect.
