If the Body of the Prisoner is destroyed to empower a library as described above, if that library is to ever be demolished or sacked, re-create this artifact in the possession of whoever destroyed or sacked the library. → The wielder may equip this artifact to increase their character magic production by one.
The wielder may also instead destroy this artifact if they have a library to increase it's research production by one (cannot bypass cap)
If the Body of the Prisoner is destroyed to empower a library as described above, if that library is ever demolished and not rebuilt within the same session or is sacked, the libraries owner is cursed by the prisoners spirit and gains a guaranteed abysmal event. This may not be circumvented.
