Effect Description:
None → Once per session, pick any region. Trades the wielder makes in that region, this session and during the next tick, have a maximum trade delay of 1. This does not allow simple trades outside of diplomacy range, but does allow complex trades, that were previously established, to continue if the trade partner is in the chosen region, even if they and the wielder are no longer in diplomacy range. If the chosen region is one that the wielder's organization has been in this age, then all entities in that region are considered to be within their diplomacy range.
