Each time the wielder, or a unit under their control, destroys an enemy unit in battle, they gain 1d2 random non-Research resources available to them. If the wielder has Prowess and Strategy lower than 3, they are raised to that amount. If the wielder ends a session with less than 30 Infamy, they lose 2 Health States. Characters without infamy simply lose 1 Health State at the end of each session. This artifact can not be unequipped or the penalty cannot be prevented by any means.
