Chitran Silk Cloak

Once per session, the wielder of the the Chitran Silk Cloak can gain slightly increased chances of success on a single mech-rp. This may be decided upon after the roll is being made. However, when this is done, the wielder gains negative karma equal to half the total roll. Alternatively, for non-ruler characters, they suffer a penalty to a random mech-rp the next session equal to half the total roll.
