Core of the Valzeeni

The wielder of this artifact increases their administration by 1, and at the start of a session may sacrifice any amount of their Cunning, Rulership and Strategy (to a minimum of 0) in order to gain a bonus to all mech-rps that session equal to the amount sacrificed. The amount sacrificed returns during the next session. The Cunning, Rulership and Strategy can be made permanent in order to double their bonus effectiveness.
