After the 1d2 session duration has elapsed, a new artifact may be selected. Reduce artifact loss chance by 5% on death, and 1% per session, to a minimum of 0%. When an artifact is lost, there is a 25% chance that it instead is not. Additional effect: Lower upkeep cost of nation spells by 1, to a minimum of 1.
