The wielders Magic and Prowess is set at 0 and automatically go up by 1 for every session this artifact is equipped to a max of 10; gain +10 to your character's elderly start age;
You may sacrifice a pop or 2 food(Per era) to increase the elderly start age of the character by 1. MRPs can likewise be utilized
Once per session, the wielder may lower their elderly start time by 1 to activate one of the following effects:
A MRP gain the effects of foresight with an additional +2 to it over capacity.
OR
Have a nation event that is negative (lower than Neutral) go one step closer to Neutral. Reduce your elderly start time by 2 if it was very bad or 3 if abysmal.
