This wonder produces one sugar charge a session, and may only ever hold ten (5/10) charges ever. The wonder owner may purchase more sugar charges for $50 (Per Era), to a maximum of two extra sugar charges a session. Sugar charges may spent to produce any resource the wonder owner already has access to, at a 1-1 rate. Sugar charges may also be spent at the start of a war session to give a single unit any amount of these effects: +1 Speed, +1 Damage, +1 Retaliation Damage or +1 Morale; for each effect selected, the unit suffers a 15% chance to have it's HP halved, rounded up. A unit may only be affected by this once a war session. Finally, three sugar charges may be spent to gain an additional nation action during a session.
