Upon winning a duel 3-0 and killing them; Heal by 1 health state and choose 1 stat that the other character is higher than the wielders, increase wielders stat by 1
Upon winning a duel but not killing them: Choose 1 stat that the other character is higher than the wielders, increase wielders stat by 1 and the opponent by -1
