Effect Description:
- The owner increases their effective pop capacity by one for every Allied nation within their market that has direct road/route access to their capital. For AI nations they must be at Allied relations to count. For player nations they must have a public agreement to being counted as "allied" which must be reaffirmed each age.
- This wonder has an upkeep of 1 Wood (Per Era), increasing by 1 Wood per pop capacity created.
- The owner of the wonder may count this wonder, and all market districts as cities for the purposes of trade.
- The owner may hire mercenaries from the region in which this wonder is located, as if they were within that region.
- Once per age, and by dedicating a mech-rp (DC 5), the wonder may be moved to another hex within the nation by spending one of each non-research resource.
