Effect Description:
Wielder gains:
+2 on Charisma MRP's (Counting as a Misc. bonus)
Wielder may:
Once per era, control 1 action of a character in your diplomatic range. The Character will know it was you, successful or not.
To succeed, wielder must win a contestants check using Magic or Charisma. Defender may use Cunning / Charisma / Magic.
On Success:
Give a mandatory order to the defend, no longer than 2 sentences, without subordinate clauses.
Failure to Follow/comply with the order results in Abysmal Consequences for the Defender
On Fail:
Defender may start a Duel against the Wielder
The artifact can be sanctified* (increasing the effect or/and cleansing it from corruption) (Can only be used if the holder knows how to control "corrupted magic").
