Nekreyn's Minor Pact

If successful, the caster may forge a bond with another character, or entity. This bond must be fully consensual from both parties, who must be sound of mind and body. While this bond is maintained, and both parties live, they both will receive a minor bonus with effect based around the type of relationship the two share. A character may only have two of these bonds active at one time.
