Effect Description:
At the start of each session, a random character is selected to act as the ruler of this wonder's owner; any attempt to willingly circumvent this random choice will result in horrendous consequences. Co-ruling characters may be placed into this via a DC 25 mech-rp, but may never be taken out unless they die.
Characters retain their titles, attributes, but all share artifacts and base artifact slots.
Each character grants the nation a small bonus when they are selected.

Vandros (The Twilight King) - Gain moderately increased chances of success on all mech-rps regarding spreading vampirism, or raising stability.
Ilis Numbri (The Silent Champion) - Gain slightly increased chances of success on all contested cunning checks, and secret-rp rolls. →
