Upon being equipped, the wearer's negative quirk is magnified, guaranteeing a -1 in all mech rp's it would be pertinent to. Their magic stat is increased by 2 and can pass cap. For every 3 magic points stored by the wearer, spells cast against the wearer gain a -1. The caster can use character magic as if it was nation magic, and vice versa. If the wearer unequips the artifact, they lose two health states and the stat changes. Reequipping the artifact magnifies the quirk again, increasing it's negative bonus by 1 each time

Each time the wielder of this artifact completes any of the below tasks, their Elderly start time increases by the amount of sessions listed:
- Kill a character (2 Sessions)
- Duel a character (1 Session)
- Kill a unit during a war (1 Session per three units within one war)
- Destroy an artifact (1 Session, per tier)
- Increase an attribute (1 Session, once per attribute, per era)
Additionally, the wielder of this artifact increases a random attribute each session by 3, and decreases two random attributes by 1. Both of these still adhere to attribute minimums and maximums.
This artifact may not be unequipped, and is immune to any effect which may disable it. →
