Effect Description:
This artifact contains attributes exactly like a character with an attribute cap of 8 for all attributes. Once per session, the wielder of this artifact may train this artifact's attributes utilizing the same rules as characters.
For every stat gained via these trainings, the heir of the wielder gains a cumulative +15% chance to gain an attribute point at the end of their character creation. This chance may go over 100%, resulting in multiple attribute points the player may spend as they wish. These attribute points may be spent at a 1:1 ratio to increase a stat up to cap of 4. They also may spend 3 points to increase an attribute above that cap. If the heir is fleeting, they gain twice as many attribute points.
Each time a wielder trains this artifact, the DC increases by 5 for them to do so again.
The Scriptured Blade was empowered by the legendary Honing Oil artifact. The Scriptured Blade may not be empowered by any other mechanic, including a wish. Any successful attempt to alter this artifact at all by a character will remove this empowerment and set the attribute cap of this artifact to 6.
