Effect Description:
Each session, choose one councilor and gain their effects for the duration of the session (including the next tick). Also gain 10% stability loss chance per number of times that the most frequently-used councilor has been selected less the number of times that the least frequently-used councilor has been selected. (Reset all "selected counts" to zero at era end.)
Qophelo: All of wielder's spell creation progress quests increase their rate by 2.
The Sentinel: +4 to all maneuvers in war, the ability to repeat nation actions even if utilized the session before, and -5 dc to the study and experimentation of technology and history from his era.

Effect Description:
The Salamandra Pheonix can be fed by spending any amount of food. Feeding the Salamandra Pheonix up to its threshold, determined by its age, will cause it to grow.
It's age cannot be slowed, or stopped.
Each time the wielder of the Salamandra Pheonix rolls a natural 1 on a mech-rp, there is a chance the Salamandra Phoenix resets back to a (Hatchling), noted by it's age. Nothing can cause this to reroll.
Cannot be upgraded, or reforged.
The wielder of the Salamandra Phoenix gains all bonuses of it's prior stages; I.E while at Juvenile, it would have the effects of the Juvenile, Wyrmling and Hatchling stage of growth.
(Mundane) (10/10) Hatchling (0%): Grants a +1 bonus to all checks which involve cold temperatures or animals.
(Mundane) (13/15) Wyrmling (5%): Grants a slightly increased bonus to all Food gathering checks.
(Good) (0/25) Juvenile (15%): When a character with this artifact equipped destroys a magical creature (or unit), they gain 1 character magic. (Max of 3 per session)
(Great) (0/30) Adolescent (25%): At the start of a war session, a unit of your choice benefits from the effects of haste and may if challenged to a duel, benefit from the spell blast.

Effect Description:
Once per session the wielder of the Quill of Truth may use a charge to write something with it, and have it come true. This acts as a free casting of the (6-cost) Pact spell which will gain a bonus or penalty to the usually secret d20 roll equal to the wielder's cunning to a max of +3. The d20 roll is no longer secret, but it still cannot be denied. The effects and 'cost' of this pact may only last a single session. This artifact has five charges, and regains one charge each time an artifact of any quality is sacrificed while it is equipped.
Charges: 4/5 → Once per session the wielder of the Quill of Truth may use a charge to write something with it, and have it come true. By spending two charges, the Cunning bonus of the Quill of Truth is doubled with no max, alongside the effects for spending one charge.

This artifact protects the wielder from the negative effects of having multiple pacts from the Quill of Truth artifact alone.
