Radhan may never take any law that allows slavery in any form, willingly or not. If they do, they will gain a Abysmal event and lose this cultural effect. For every pop within Radhan that is a unique culture, religion, or race, Radhan gains 5 coins (per era). Current count: 27. Income provided (27 * 5 * 3) = 405. If Radhan has the Harmony foreign acceptance stance, the stability gain chance maximum is doubled, and the stab gain chance effect includes unique races. If Radhan has Oppression stance the stab loss chance gained from minorities is tripled. In any region where Radhan holds a city, and regions adjacent to this region, Radhan doubles pop flee chance and is guaranteed to gain the fleeing pop. This is only counteracted if there are nations within 10 tiles of the fleeing pops location with the Free Citizenship stance, then reducing Radhans guaranteed chance to 75%. This is not beholden to trade distance, only the region borders. The pops gained from this may be provided to vassals as Radhan sees fit. Radhan, when declaring an annexation war, may roll a dc 20 charisma check to have the enemy side capitulate completely before any fighting has occurred IF they promise to revive the nation at it's current pop count as a Tributary vassal or completely free nation afterwards. This can only be done on nations without vassals. If you do not keep your promise after succeeding, take 100 infamy. If you keep your promise, reduce your infamy by 20. Any diplomatic action Radhan takes gains a +2 per race, religion, or culture that is within Radhan that is a majority with the nation being interacted with. This Cultural Effect may gain new effects in conjunction with unique mechanics in future era's through the completion of a 10 progress quest.
