Dredré:

The Dredré are similar to humans - though perhaps with a touch more magical and desert exposure. Dredré are exceptionally lightweight and quick on their feet, allowing them to move easily over almost any terrain. They have longer, pointed ears that they can rotate freely to pinpoint sources of noise while also allowing them to collect water within the air, and a strong sense of smell that helps their tracking endeavors. Their most notable feature, however, is their universal comprehension of language. The Dredré can understand all forms of communication from the time of their birth, including that of plants and animals. This gives them a unique perspective on the natural world, and greatly shapes the cultures they build. Because of this connection with the world, Dredré usually find themselves living more closely with creatures than most other peoples.
