Effect Description:
The wielder may summon two Uqnia Guardians at the start of any war session, counting against their total unit cap.
This artifact cannot be destroyed.
Additionally, when a character first gains the Uqnia Shard, they must decide whether they are a Pylon Warden or Ravager. Gaining the following benefits depending on which they chose.
Wardens
- Gain moderately increased chances of success on all rolls related to protecting, or securing the pylons.
- Increase one random attribute by one per Pylon that remains standing.
- After securing a Pylon, gain a random powerful national effect.
- Receive events related to protecting the Pylons.
Ravagers
- Gain moderately increased chances of success on all rolls related to destroying Pylons.
- Increase three random attributes by one per Pylon that has been destroyed. The amount of attributes effected is doubled for rulers that have directly destroyed Pylons.
- The wielder of this artifact gains the Slow Aging effect with no magical upkeep. This becomes the Stop Aging effect after a Pylon is destroyed.
- Receive events related to destroying the Pylons. →
At the start of any war session, the wielder may summon 2 Uqnia Guardians. These units count against the wielder’s total unit cap. This artifact cannot be destroyed.
When the wielder first gains this artifact, they must choose to become either a Pylon Warden or a Pylon Ravager. This choice cannot be changed unless a progress quest with 16 progress is completed.
Wardens
• +4 to all rolls related to protecting or securing Pylons.
• Increase 1 random attribute by 1 for each Pylon that remains standing.
• After securing a Pylon, gain a random powerful national effect.
• Receive events related to protecting the Pylons.
Ravagers
• +4 to all rolls related to destroying Pylons.
• Increase 3 random attributes by 1 for each Pylon that has been destroyed. If the wielder is a ruler who directly destroyed a Pylon, double the number of attributes affected.
• Gain the Slow Aging effect with no magical upkeep. This becomes the Stop Aging effect after a Pylon is destroyed.
• Receive events related to destroying the Pylons.

Effect Description:
Once per session, the wielder of the Golden Owl Pendant may reroll one non-natural 20 or non-natural 1 mech-rp roll, taking the new result at moderately decreased chances of success.
If desired, the old roll may be saved, and stored within the Pendant. This stored roll may be assigned to any mech-rp during the next session, before any roll is made. If the stored roll is higher than 15, it may also be sacrificed to heal a health state for the wielder.

Effect Description:
The wielder of the Gestalt Consciousness increases their Rulership, Cunning and Strategy by 2.
Additionally, once every other session gain a free use of Foresight on a Rulership, Cunning or Strategy mech-rp.
However, reduce the elderly start time of the wielder by 1; 2 if the character is Venerable.
The wielder of this artifact cannot have their lifespan increased by any means.
If the character is already under the effects of Stop Aging or Slow Aging, equipping this artifact will end those spells. →

Effect Description:
The wielder of this artifact has their Charisma stat increased by 2 and increased the effective range of diplomacy by +1 per Allied/Pacted nation. Moderate increase diplomacy with nations in a shared market.
Once per session, if the wielder of this artifact gained relation with a nation, the artifact gains 1 charge.
The wielder may sacrifice any number of charges once per session:
1 Charge: Gain +2 to charisma ignoring capacity and +2 to a single charisma based MRP roll
2 Charges: Reduce the nations infamy by 10 and gain +2 to all charisma rolls for a single session
2 Charges: Negate the reward to a diplomatic roll this session that you failed
3 Charges: Gain a single diplomatic MRP for the session, this can only be used to interact with another nations government. (Diplomacy)
6 Charges: When doing a diplomatic MRP, select three more additional nations, treat the base DC the same as of it were one nation but do add their temperaments.
This artifact can not be upgraded via progress quests. The cape becomes more powerful when the wielder has Allied relations with other nations.

The wielder’s Charisma stat is increased by 2 and their effective diplomatic range is increased by +1 for each Allied or Pact'ed nation. The wielder gains +4 to diplomacy with nations in a shared market.
Once per session, if the wielder increases relations with a nation, this artifact gains 1 charge. This artifact can't gain charges in any other way.
Charges
The wielder may sacrifice any number of charges once per session to gain the following effects:
• 1 Charge — Gain +2 Charisma (bypassing capacity) and +2 to a single Charisma-based MRP roll.
• 2 Charges — Reduce the nation’s Infamy by 10.
• 2 Charges — Gain +2 to all Charisma rolls for the session.
• 3 Charges — Negate the reward of a failed diplomatic roll this session.
• 3 Charges — Gain a single diplomatic MRP for the session. This may only be used to interact with another nation’s government.
• 6 Charges — When making a diplomatic MRP, select 3 additional nations. Treat the base DC as if it were a single nation, but apply each nation’s temperament.
This artifact cannot be upgraded via progress quests. It becomes more powerful when the wielder has Allied relations with other nations.

Effect Description:
The wielder of Dragon Slayer Olebex gains slightly increased chances of success on hostile rps against scaled creatures, and moderately increased chances of success against actual dragons.
The wielder also increases their prowess by 2, and their prowess cap by 1.
Additionally, the wielder may choose to use a mech-rp to find a dragon to hunt, once an age. These dragons will slowly scale in strength over time.
Each time a dragon is killed, increase the above bonus and prowess cap by one.
If a dragon is respondible for the death of the wielder, this artifact is always lost.

This weapon is sentient, and whenever natural 1 is rolled, one of the wielder's mech-rps for next session will be randomized completely, potentially being completely negative, but gain slightly increased chances of success on it as well. This becomes significantly increased chances of success on mech-rps that are deemed negative for the wielder. If the rp mod feels as though the player is intentionally sabotaging the success of the random mech-rp, they may force them to reroll and take the higher result.

The wielder gains +2 on hostile MRPs against scaled creatures, and +4 against dragons.
The wielder’s Prowess is increased by 2, and their Prowess cap is increased by 1.
Once per age, the wielder may use a MRP to locate a dragon to hunt. Dragons scale in strength over time. Each time a dragon is slain, increase the wielder’s bonus against scaled/dragon creatures by +1 and increase their Prowess cap by 1.
If the wielder is slain by a dragon, this artifact is lost.
This weapon is sentient. Whenever the wielder rolls a natural 1, one of their MRPs for the next session is randomized, with a chance of being negative. The wielder gains +2 on the randomized MRP. If the randomized MRP is deemed negative for the wielder, the wielder instead gains +6. If the RP moderator determines the wielder is intentionally sabotaging the randomized MRP, they may have the roll gain foresight.

Effect Description:

Additionally, if the wielder of this artifact were to destroy a unit in a battlefield, they may choose to spend 1 nation / character magic point in order to summon a friendly Undead Army unit in the same hex, lasting until the end of the battle.
The unit that wields this artifact automatically counts as melee (or cavalry if possible and desired), and has their range set to 1. →
The wielder’s ruler unit gains +1 melee damage.
When the wielder destroys a unit on the battlefield, they may spend 1 Nation or Character Magic Point to summon a friendly Undead Army unit in the same hex. The summoned unit lasts until the end of the battle.
The wielder’s unit is always treated as a melee unit (or cavalry, if possible and desired) and has its range set to 1.

Effect Description:
The wielder of the Crown of Unbreakable Oaths may choose to forge an oath with a willing participant, free of all cohersion.
If the oath is not adhered to in spirit, the person that has not broken the oath may choose to either relinquish the promise, or punish the oathbreaker with the following effects:
- They are reduced to Bedridden
- All of their attributes are permanently reduced by 2 and
- Their nation's stability is reduced by three tiers (this cannot start a civil war) / organizations decreased by two tiers (this cannot destroy the organization)
Only two oaths may be maintained at the same time.

Additionally, all mercenary units under the control of the wielder of this Crown gain 1 HP and 1 Morale. →
The wielder may forge an oath with a willing participant, free of coercion. Only 2 oaths may be maintained at the same time.
If an oath is broken in spirit, the party that has not broken the oath may choose to either relinquish the promise or punish the oathbreaker. The punishment has the following effects:
• The oathbreaker is reduced to Bedridden.
• All of the oathbreaker’s attributes are permanently reduced by 2.
• Their nation’s Stability is reduced by 3 tiers (this cannot cause a civil war), or their organization is reduced by 2 tiers (this cannot destroy the organization).
While an oath is maintained, both parties gain the following benefits:
• If one party is healed, the other is healed by the same amount.
• If one party gains a stat, the other gains +1 to a random attribute.

Effect Description:
The wielder of the Conqueror's Crown of Athabasca increases their Rulership and Magic by 1.
Additionally, once per session, by sacrificing a domestic unit above half their maximum HP rounded up, the wielder can automatically dispel a hostile spell, causing the original caster a magical malfunction automatically.
Alternatively, that same unit can be sacrificed to simply cast Dispel on a non-hostile spell. Hostile is defined as a spell that is intended to harm, damage, or otherwise subdue the wielder or their ruler unit. →
