6a6d758466d10a88de9210f8 artifacts The Will of Elit-Eliud Add Approved
Name:
None → The Will of Elit-Eliud
Rarity:
None → Mythical
Equipped:
None → True
Archived:
None → 0
Effect Description:
None → The wielder of the Will of Elit-Eliud cannot die of anything other than elderly start time. Rather than dying, or suffering the effects of any spell or mech-rp that would result in their death, a duel may be forced against the hostile target; alternatively, the attacker in this circumstance may instead drop the death effect to prevent the duel. If the wielder did not die due to another character, a Mythical level spirit of death is summoned to duel instead. During duels where failure would result in death, the opponent of the wielder must succeed a DC 15 Cunning check at the start of the duel or be faced with one of two choices: either they suffer a random negative t3 title that cannot be removed for the remainder of the current era (this title must have 'some' effect on the character, or it is re-rolled), or suffer the loss of two health states.

6a6d741d66d10a88de9210f2 artifacts The Law of Elit-Eliud Update Approved
Effect Description:
The wielder of the Law of Elit-Eliud cannot be dueled or duel in a standard manner, and instead duels via the use of Rulership instead of Prowess. In these duels, typical re-rolls cannot be used by either side, and instead the only way to re-roll is to accept "legal consequences", assigned at the end of the duel. The wielder may choose to replace a legal consequence with reducing their Rulership by one. Legal consequences can be any of the following, and is rolled randomly (d4): 1: A random law is changed and locked for the remainder of the age (for orgs these are districts) (characters reroll) 2: A random attribute is reduced to 0 (reroll stat if 0 or below) for the remainder of the age. 3: Reduce stability gain cap by 50% for the remainder of the era. (for non-nations, characters are banned from the region for the remainder of the age). 4: Two random prior era and two random current era units are banned for the remainder of the age. When forced into a duel, the attacker gets an opportunity to refuse the duel after learning the effects of this artifact. → The wielder of the Law of Elit-Eliud cannot be dueled or duel in a standard manner, and instead duels via the use of Rulership instead of Prowess.
