Effect Description:
None → The wielder of this artifact gains +3 magic and +3 prowess.
The hating heart is bound to the wielder when equipped, with it being unequipped resulting in the instant death of the wielder. No magical or mundane means of removal except for the wielders own may remove it.
Every session, the heart will demand a mrp is dedicated towards directly harming a random nearby nation, character, or organization, prioritizing those nations which you have relations that are unfriendly or hostile. This mrp will gain a +2 as long as the rp expresses the hate driving this action. Not doing this mrp will result in taking a health state.
Once an age, you may use the heart to cast a free terraform on as many tiles as you sacrifice health states, turning the tiles into any of four types of terrain: Desert, Mountain, Tundra, or Hazardous. These health states must be taken, and cannot be nullified by any means.
Health states lost to this artifact must be healed by magical means, such as artifacts and spells.
If this artifact is ever joined with the artifact "Body of the Prisoner" the prisoner is revived.
