Effect Description:
Upon request and acceptance by the owner, a country within diplo distance can opt into this wonder, gaining some of the advantages and disadvantages. All members besides the owner of the wonder decrease their Research Point production by one. The DC for AI nations to be invited is DC 25, 20 if they are Friendly, 15 if they are Curious. The tech discount for members is equal to 1 + 1 for every 3 members. The wonder owner gets a discount equal to 1 + 1 for every 2 members (This wonder does not bypass the 50% discount cap) Every session, there is a chance that scientific law increases for every member in the research group (rolled once, applied to all). The chance is 5% per member. If it succeeds the chance is rolled again, repeating as many times as it occurs. If someone is at the highest level of science stances and were to gain a tier, they instead lose a level of stability (this may only occur once per session). The group capacity is 2 per era The owner can "research ahead" one tier under specific conditions, at a steeply inflated price. If a technology on the tree is to be completed in a given turn, and there are excess tech points, said excess points can be invested in the technology immediately after it in the tree, at a rate of 3 tech points for 1 in this "ahead" technology.
