Effect Description:
The owner of this wonder has a their base migration distance reduced to 4, spending Food or Wood increase movement at a ratio of 2:1. It adds additional city cap of 1, more can be added after completing a progress Quest of 20+5 (per city) as well as a very hard completion quest with a max of 3. This wonder also Reduces territory to a maximum of 7 hexs with no way to increase it until the owner settles. Additionally this wonder Grants the owner the ability to build a unique city at double the cost and upkeep of a Metropolis with it's effect being +1 effective pop capacity and +1 Research (Per era).
Settling Requires the Wonder to be reworked. →
