Every 10 vampire pops within this nation, or within vassals under their control grants the leader one of the below bonuses, in order. (3 Per Era) Moderately increased chances of success when attempting to train attributes. (5 Per Era) Slightly increased chances of success on all duel rolls. (10 Per Era) All attempts to create vampires or increase vampiric growth gains moderately increased chances of success.
