The owner of this wonder may pay $200 (Per Era) and 2 unique resources to increase their *maximum* base military attack and defense by +1/+1. This may be done twice per session, to a maximum of +6/+6 base cap, and +10/+10 upper cap respectively. This goes away after the end of wars the nation is fighting or after two sessions, whichever is later. Once a session, and while the above bonus is active, if the owner of this wonder loses a non-raid war, their leader suffers a random tier 2 negative title, which automatically goes away the next time they win a non-raid war, or die, whichever is sooner. Additionally, it increases the amount of units per army they can field by 1. This wonder counts as a connected hex when the owner of the wonders capital is not on the Island.
